Terms of Service.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DirectoryForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately.

2. Directory Curation & Submission Standards

Users may submit digital software, tools, and tech resources for review. All submissions are subject to editorial evaluation via our Quarantine Review Desk. DirectoryForge reserves the right to approve, reject, edit listing metadata, or recategorize submissions to maintain index accuracy and directory standards.

3. Paid Featured Placements & Subscriptions

Featured listings are billed at $49 for a 30-day promotional period through Stripe. Featured placement guarantees prominent category positioning and spotlight styling during the active billing term. Featured placements do not guarantee specific conversion rates or click-through volumes.

Pro Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly cycle ($19/month). You can cancel your subscription at any time before the subsequent billing cycle begins via the self-serve Stripe Customer Portal.

4. Prohibited Content & Behavior

You agree not to submit listings containing malware, deceptive phishing links, fraudulent schemes, unlicensed copyrighted media, or content violating local laws. Submitting automated spam or attempting to bypass quarantine filters will result in permanent account termination.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, product logos, and third-party company names displayed on DirectoryForge remain the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion in our directory is for identification and discovery purposes and does not imply endorsement by the trademark holder.

6. Limitation of Liability

DirectoryForge is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DirectoryForge and its operators disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding directory accuracy or merchantability.
